Okay, the blog idea got away from me, life continued, and here we are at the one year mark. So where am I in this whole thing. Exactly in the same place. Ouch! In fact, yesterday, I broke down and cried. Why? I love, or shall I say loved, running and it hurts to run. I don't enjoy it as much. I feel sluggish, tired, and lack any motivation.
Yesterday, I went to WW and stepped on the scale. Since rejoining in November 2014, I have not changed my numbers. Apparently, someone is in my way: me!
